Methadone Maintenance Program
The Methadone Maintenance Program provides long-term medication-assisted treatment for opioid dependence. Methadone helps stabilize the brain, reduce withdrawal symptoms, decrease cravings, and block the euphoric effects of opioids such as heroin or fentanyl when an adequate dose is reached.

Buprenorphine Program
Buprenorphine treatment helps relieve opioid withdrawal symptoms, reduce cravings, and block the effects of other opioids so patients can stabilize and move forward in recovery. Sublocade Program

(Extended-Release Naltrexone Injection)
Vivitrol Program
Vivitrol is an injectable extended-release form of naltrexone administered once every four weeks. It blocks incoming opioids, may reduce drug cravings, reduces alcohol cravings, and supports medication adherence for eligible patients who have already completed the required opioid-free period.
